Costco Loyalty Program and Marketing Plan

This is a project completed at Monash University’s Digital Marketing Bootcamp from 28/08/2023 – 11/01/2024.

This is a membership loyalty program and marketing plan for Costco. The objective was to increase the average order volume and the return on ads spend.

My responsibilities in this group project included the Linkedin campaign and Facebook retargeting campaign.

Tools used in the project include Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Photoshop and Google slides.
